Most everything we use comes from the natural world, including our cups, containers and spoons. We are dedicated to sustainable practices and environmentally responsible production.
Gelato and ice cream share the basics—cream, milk, sugar, and air—but gelato takes it up a notch with its silky-smooth texture and intense flavor. Less air is incorporated during churning, making it denser, creamier, and more elastic than traditional American ice cream.
